Intensive Care Program

For Families That Own Businesses

Are Conflicts Damaging Your Business and Tearing Your Family Apart?

Are disagreements with key decisions creating a road block to your company’s growth? Has working as a family hurt your relationships and are these conflicts starting to destroy your relationships even when not working in your business?

It does not have to be that way any longer. Our breakthrough ‘intensive care’ program can help:

  • Improve communication and increase deeper understanding of everyone’s perspective
  • Find healthier ways to directly and constructively manage conflict
  • Deepen connection and build stronger relationships

Our ‘Intensive Care’ program for families that own businesses has been developed with over 45 years of combined, real world clinical experience. You will begin by completing the Confidential Relationship Analysis questionnaire that you complete prior to meeting. The results of this analysis will uncover differing perspectives, deeper unspoken emotions and relationship fractures which will be presented in the initial assessment. After the first meeting, the Plan of Action is developed that will begin your family on the path of deeper healing and harmony. The “Intensive Care’ program also will provide individual Skype sessions between meetings to ensure your family can resolve the issues and make gains more quickly in order to get your family and your business back on track.

Are you tired of the conflicts, anger, outbreaks, and tension getting in the way of building a thriving business? Do you want to look forward to being a part your family business every day? Would you like to rebuild your family’s relationships at an offsite location in an intensive approach?

Then call, email or fill out the registration form for a 15-minute Discovery Call where you can learn if our program is right for you and your family.
